J.P Horgan Builders completed its first property development project in 1984 with the construction of three homes
1997
J.P Horgan Builders is incorporated in 1997.
2006
J.P Horgan Builders is rebranded as Horgan Homes when John’s daughter, Sophie, joined the family business.
2020
In a milestone year for Horgan Homes, we won two WhatHouse? Awards in the Best Small Housebuilder and Best Luxury House categories. We also received a Site Recognition Award in the LABC The Bricks industry honours.
2021
We continue to receive industry recognition, with two International Property Award wins.
2022
2022 sees Horgan Homes grow further. With a head office move to Bromsgrove and a development into the commercial sector, exciting progress is set to continue.
Our senior management team has a combined industry service of nearly 100 years. Our valued workforce comprises of directors, and father and daughter, John and Sophie Horgan, a site manager, head of groundworks and a team of 30 site workers, office-based sales and admin support. We work with a team of established supply chain partners and trusted contractors that all support the Horgan Homes ethos.
